Two years ago my father passed away and my brother and I along with my father’s wife of 18 months were assigned as trustees to administer my father’s trust and wishes. After 7 months of following my father’s wishes the “wife” decided to sue my brother and I and the Trust to pay some debts she owed. It was over a joint tenancy checking account she was added to for convenience to help pay bills. She accused my brother and I of elder abuse and conversion. All lies in an attempt to get money from the trust. She was hoping for some sort of settlement. We hired Mark and from the beginning he was competent and never wavered from pursuing the truth. After 14 months of this ordeal our court date came. Mark was well prepared and ready to litigate. Mark was brilliant in the courtroom and after two days the judge ruled in our favor. We won a joint tenancy case, which is, as I now understand a difficult case to win. Now comes the fun part, suing her for attorney’s fees… Thanks Mark
